The website has no account, contact form or payment form. Our web host handles technical details such as your IP address and the pages requested to deliver the site and keep it working securely. We use this information because we have a legitimate interest in running a reliable, secure website.
If you choose light or dark mode, your browser remembers that choice using local storage. We do not receive your preference, and you can remove it by clearing this site's data in your browser.
We use privacy-focused website analytics to see how many people visit, which pages they view, where visits come from and broad location and device information. This helps us understand whether the site is useful. This analytics service does not use cookies to follow you across websites. We do not use advertising trackers. What happens when you book a meeting
Our Contact link opens an external booking page. The booking service collects the details you enter and sends us your name, contact details, meeting time and any message so we can arrange the conversation and follow up. Booking is optional; please avoid including sensitive personal information in your message.
We use these details because we have a legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, or to take steps you request before a contract. The booking page has its own privacy information. A later consultancy engagement has separate arrangements.

We use a web host to serve the site and provide website analytics, and a booking service to arrange meetings. We may share relevant records with professional advisers or authorities when required. We do not sell your information. Links to WristGPT, the App Store and other sites take you to services with their own privacy practices.
Our booking service processes booking details in the United States. It says it uses approved transfer terms or an applicable adequacy arrangement for transfers from the UK. Our web host may also handle technical visit data outside the UK. You can email us for details of the protections that apply to your information.
Retention
Technical records are kept under our host's retention settings. We keep booking details while we arrange the meeting and follow up. After that, we keep them only if needed for an ongoing business relationship, a legal obligation or a dispute. You can ask us about a particular record at any time.
Your rights and complaints
